  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 packet (about 1 oz) of onion soup mix or ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots (optional)
  • 8 oz egg noodles (or pasta of your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef: Season the beef stew meat with salt and pepper. Place it in the Crockpot.
